Women’s Integration and Reintegration on
Labor Market
Center for the Advancement of Women
Foundation, in co-operation
with IMC Consulting and IMC Polska, has
launched a project
targeted on women’s employment
activization in the Silesia region
and in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship.
The project provides for developing
training program for 1800
unemployed women, including single
mothers.
It will take place in three stages:
1. Motivation training, run by Center
for the Advancement of Women Foundation
(5-day workshops “how to trust in
yourself”, teaching participants to
identify their strengths, objectives,
and how to make effective
self-presentation. The aim of the
training is to provide support for
unemployed women and to make them
believe that it is possible to
combine employment with family life)
2. Production of individual action plan
3. Professional training courses
